You may have noticed that the Food Studies website has a new look! With gracious help from UO Libraries’ Digital Scholarship Services, we’ve updated our site to a mobile-friendly format so that our visitors can easily navigate the site using a smartphone.

We’ve also added a few new features to the site that we hope you’ll enjoy:

  • YouTube Playlist: If you’ve missed one of this year’s Food Talks, you can now watch the video on our homepage. Just scroll down to view the UO Food Studies Channel Food Talks Playlist.
  • Featured People: Our new Featured People page showcases the vibrant Food Studies community with profiles of our members, including Food Studies faculty, staff, and students. Look for a new profile each term.
  • Contributions: Learn more about the exciting contributions that Food Studies scholars at the University of Oregon are making to this growing interdisciplinary field.

Many, many thanks to Interactive Technology Consultant Azle Malinao-Alvarez for their expertise and efforts in developing the new Food Studies website.
