Funding for Summer Undergrad Research – Upcoming Application DeadlinesCURE Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) funds full-time undergraduate summer research conducted under the mentorship of a UO faculty. SURF offers $5000 funding. The First-Year Research Experience (FYRE) provides $5000 student funding, and $1000 for the faculty mentor. Open to all students who are in their first year at UO (which includes transfer students). The application deadline for both opportunities is April 30, 2024.
